Cancellation And Refund Policy
- Students may cancel a course purchase within 12 Hours of the purchase date and receive a full refund. After 12 Hours, refunds are not available.
- Students may ask for a refund/Cancellation if they have a clear proof that the course overview, curriculum and the lessons are not matching or not valid. Students may also ask for a refund if the instructor is not being available for consecutive 4 Zoom meetings if promised in the course overview.
- To cancel a course purchase and request a refund, students must contact EkaLoveYa customer support by email at support@ekaloveya.com
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
- EkaLoveYa reserves the right to cancel a course at any time and issue a full refund to all enrolled students.
- In the event of a cancellation by EkaLoveYa, students will be notified by email and refunded within 10 business days.
- EkaLoveYa may refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions.
- EkaLoveYa is not responsible for any third-party fees or charges associated with course purchases or refunds.
